For far too long we have been ignoring the innate intelligence of the female body. We have been taught that having a period is a curse instead of something to be celebrated and used to our advantage.
I teach women how to cook using the high energy time in their cycle so they can are set up with ready-made food for their low energy times. Imagine cooking when you feel like it and enjoying the fruits of your labour while premenstrual and bleeding.

My health transformation
After working, exercising, and partying a bit too hard in my early 20’s, I found myself completely without energy and motivation. I never had enough time and felt as if I was always just scraping by. I was not sick enough for the conventional health system to help me but not well enough to live the life I imagined for myself.
The thing that really broke my heart was that I thought I was eating well and exercising and ‘doing everything right.’ I didn’t understand why I was miserable and tired all of the time!
I’ve learnt a lot since then and the transformation that followed was pretty magical !
I have energy to live authentically and create a life I love
